Shields Stories, The

The Gemini award winning producers of "The Atwood Stories" have now completed "The Shields Stories".  This six part series brings together some of the best and brightest Canadian artists to showcase a collection of short stories by Man Booker and Pulitzer Prize  winning author, Carol Shields.

Each story gracefully weaves together the rich and random details of every day into a series of six-half hour dramatic episodes. These six short stories illustrate Shields' intrigue with the daily lives of everyday people and her ability to make the ordinary extraordinary.
