Doug Golosky started with just one welding rig 15 years ago and today employs 400 people in his Fort McMurray welding and fabricating company. Thirty-year-old Chantelle Christensen went from earning minimum wage in a hair salon to owning the largest salon and spa in St. Albert, Alberta in only seven short years. And Sid McDougall today employs 35 people and does over $3 million in sales a year after pursuing a idea that came to him while working for one of the largest pipeline suppliers in Alberta.
