This disc contains the following 24:00 minute programs:

  1. Hummingbird Haven: The beauty and delicacy of hummingbirds comes into full view as John Acorn visits Ramsey Canyon in Arizona. Information for successfully attracting hummingbirds and watching their behavior is presented.
  2. Woodpecker Checker: An up-close look at the world of woodpeckers from their home building techniques, habitat and diet to identifying various species and feeding them.
  3. Owls: With the help of biologist Dr. Gordon Court and a captive Barred Owl named Hootie, we find that wise but secretive owls, Snowies, Great Greys, Boreal and Great Horned Owls are everywhere.
  4. Bats: Millions of Mexican Free-Tail Bats congregate under bridges, around buildings and in the caves of Texas. John Acorn and David Stuart visit a sink hole cave and watch as bats swirl out every night to feed on insects. Then we learn about bat, bird and dinosaur wings and meet Vlad the fruit bat.
