Program 1 – Diabetes Part Two – In this episode, Jeremy catches up to the Peacekeepers Pedaling for Aboriginal People with Diabetes movement in Saskatoon.  There, he interviews participants & peacekeepers who are pedaling across Canada to raise awareness of type II diabetes, and in particular, its rise amongst the Aboriginal population.  Next we join Chef James Kyle as he shows us how to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal of bison and vegetables.

Program 2 – Arthritis – Arthritis can be a crippling and life altering disease and many of our aboriginal people, especially our elders suffer from it.  Jeremy visits with professionals from the Saskatchewan Arthritis Sciety who discuss what the disease is and tis implications.  Next he meets with Bernice Whadetika who describes her day-to-day activities while living with arthritis and finally he travels to Saskatoon City Hospital and learns about the Twinges in the Hinges Aquatic Exercise program.

Program 3 – Proper Nutrition – Experts agree, there is a health  crisis in Indian Country.  Urgent issues such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease have become significant problems due to unhealthy and unnatural diets.  Jeremy speaks with Mellisa Nelson who explains that by returning to our cultural identity, we will be able to explore our traditional diet and restore our mental and physical health.  Next, Jeremy visits White Cap Elementary and the Little Green Thumbs program.  Later, Jejemy helps Chef James Kyle prepare a delicious chicken ciaccatore.
