Program 1 – Exercise – In this episode, Jeremy visits the White Buffalo Youth Lodge in Saskatoon where they are introducing young people to the hoop dance.  We then go to the Harry Baily Aquatic Centre for a swimming lesson.  Next we visit the Kinistren First Nation, whre the band office staff are involved in their own unique exercise program.

Program 2 – The Aboriginal Disabled – “Don’t let your disability stop you from what you want to do be”  is Linda Napope’s motto.  Sher believes that acceptance of a disability is the key to moving on in life.  Linda, along with Dennis Sapp and Kyle Pretty-Shield discuss the frustration and disappoint of being newly disabled and the comprimise it takes to being able to overcome the obstacles faced on a daily basis.

Program 3 – Health Careers – A carrend in Healthcare can be very rewarding and having Aboriginal people in the healthcare field will go a long way to improving community wellness.  Jeremy explores the field of dental health at the First Nations University of Canada.  There, he meets with the dean, an instructor and a student who share the various aspects of the dental therapy program.   Next, he meets with Dr. Rose Roberts who discusses the exciting choices to be made in the nursing field and finally we meet Dr. Ashley Sasbrink Harkena, a college of medicine graduate.  He reminds us the importance of an education and how harad work and sacrifice will help achieve that goal.
