Until 1952, a tribe of native people lived their quiet, nomadic lives, hunting and trapping along the Stewart River. Then the Canadian government decided that these people must move to the more central, convenient community of Mayo.

The elders of the Na-cho Ny'ak Dun tribe talk about the impact of this move and how this upheaval dramatically changed their lives.
