Thirteen year old Thomas is shocked when he discovers that not only is his grandmother’s home being sold, but all of her furniture too. He wants to save the old rocking chair for himself, but the buyer, the wheeling dealing junk man doesn’t care. Thomas devises a plan to take the chair from the junk yard, but is caught in the act! He must contemplate the seriousness of his actions in jail.
