Ernest Brown: Pioneer Photographer

Go back...

Ernest Brown was a "keeper of the record." He photographed the west during and after the "boom" period in the early 1900's. His photos are rare glimpses into the personal history of early settlers and their times in the Western Canadian prairies. Dramatizations of Ernest Brown travelling to and photographing people in prairie communities brings this era to life.
